This NW Washington DC basement project was a conversion from a single family to a two-family flat, to make the basement a legal rental. The project required all new electrical, plumbing, framing, insulation, drywall, fire-rating, floor leveling and heated floors throughout, porcelain plank floor tile throughout, new fixtures, new cabinets, etc.



This basement renovation was designed to transform this space into a separate legal rental unit. The project required all new framing, plumbing, electrical, fire-stopping, insulation, doors, windows, drywall, luxury vinyl plank flooring, tile, fixtures, cabinets, quartz countertops, appliances, etc.
